Research use only
Research-only acknowledgment
ivaldi research materials are intended solely for legitimate laboratory research. These ivaldi products are not FDA-approved for human consumption or administration and are not offered for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention of disease, or personal experimentation.
I confirm that my intended use is legitimate laboratory research, not use on myself, another person, or an animal. I will not consume, inject, administer, or supply these materials for those prohibited purposes, or represent them as approved medicines, foods, supplements, or cosmetics.
I understand that research-use labeling, a certificate of analysis, a purity result, or this acknowledgment does not establish safety, sterility, suitability for administration, FDA approval, or legal authorization. I will follow applicable laws and my research organization's safety requirements. ivaldi may decline requests that are inconsistent with its research-only restrictions.
This acknowledgment does not authorize otherwise unlawful conduct, replace required buyer or product review, or waive any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.

Orders and payment
Placing an order reserves the materials and creates an order in our fulfilment system. Payment is by invoice and bank transfer; dispatch follows once payment is recorded. ivaldi may decline or cancel an order where buyer eligibility, documentation or destination cannot be confirmed, and any payment received for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
Shipping details
Eligible in-stock orders dispatch Monday–Friday before 2 p.m. PST (UTC−8), equivalent to 3 p.m. Phoenix year-round. Later orders dispatch the next shipping day. Shipping is charged separately; dispatch is not delivery.
Product information
Images are branding concepts. Quantity, chemical form, concentration, lot, storage conditions and documentation are not established by a rendering. Where pending, those details are explicitly identified.

ivaldi supplies research materials to laboratories and research organisations. No clinical service is provided here and there is no affiliation with any clinical program.
